Sam was first introduced to the world of Marketing by working with Hainan Airlines, one of China’s largest airline companies. Subsequently, Sam transitioned to technology by becoming a robotics process automation developer at Westpac. Working in a small, agile team with proper organisational governance has led him to gain valuable experience in gathering business requirements and understand project management at a granular level.
This unique intersection of experience allows Sam to operate in the hybrid Tech BA/PM role at Civic Data to great effectiveness, not only managing projects and gathering business requirements but also having the base technical foundations to be able to better communicate between business and technical teams.
